Mein Fazit: Shotokan Karate, Technik Training Prüfung ist optimal geeignet für Karate-Anfänger - nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Trainieren muss man selber. Sonst kann auch das beste Einführungsbuch nicht weiterhelfen. Auf jeden Fall halte ich das Buch für eine lohnende Begleitlektüre zum Training.
