Das FC Bayern Kochbuch ist ein schönes Kochbuch mit tollen Rezepten - mir fehlt der FC Bayern in diesem Buch. Farbe, Wappen und ein paar Bilder - das alleine macht für mich kein "FC Bayern" Kochbuch aus. Ein wenig mehr Bezug zum Verien, zu den Spielern, ihren hätte meines Erachtens dem Buch gut getan.
Eins gleich vorweg: Man muss kein Fan des FC Bayern München sein, um dieses Kochbuch zu mögen. Alfons Schuhbeck ist es offensichtlich - er bleibt dennoch einer der besten Köche Deutschlands und hat für seine Lieblingskicker eine kreative Küche mit regionalem Einschlag und mit Klassikern der feinen Hausmannskost entwickelt.
Das aber kommt in diesem Buch etwas zu kurz und entspricht wohl auch nicht dem gewünschten Vorhaben. Es ist ein Kochbuch, wie gesagt. Und das ist es denn auch. Und wenn unsere Kicker in Bayern immer so schlemmen, eine "Spanferkelschulter" ab und an verzehren oder eines der hervorragenden Desserts wie "Schokomousse mit Orangen" bzw ...
